Preston has been providing professional real estate services to his clients since 1977 first in Reno, Nevada and then in the greater Phoenix area beginning in 1986.
After receiving a commercial-investment real estate professional designation in 1985 Preston moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1986 because of its bigger commercial-investment market and the lifestyle as Preston says, "Arizona, It's A Good Life!" He then went to work leasing, listing and selling retail, office and industrial properties. In 1989 Preston was appointed Vice-President and Director of Marketing for a small commercial real estate development company where he increased the occupancy 30% in company projects in less than one year. In 1992 he and a partner opened a property management company with Preston as the Designated Broker.
Shortly after getting married in February of 2004 he sold his half of the property management business to his partner. Preston is now an Associated Broker with Sharp Homes Realty, Inc. and has earned the e-PRO® professional designation.
